“Metaphor is perhaps one of man’s most fruitful potentialities. Its efficacy verges on magic, and it seems a tool for creation which God left inside His creatures when He made them.”
Jose Ortega y Gasset
All Clean Convergence 2022 workshops will be held virtually through an online video portal
Attend Clean Convergence 2022 and find out how YOU can use Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling to achieve better results with your clients or team members.
Due to the intensive nature of these trainings and one-on-one support you will receive,
these courses are limited to small group sizes to maintain quality and a high value learning environment.
Symbolic Modeling Retreat
More Details Here
Last year spreading the Retreat over a couple of weeks was so successful that we’re using this format again. It will be held on three consecutive Saturdays: Jan 8th, 15th, and 22nd. The retreat will be half days from 0800 – 1200 PST (1700 – 2100 CET).
This event is for those who wish to work on their Personal Development topics with our four skilled clean facilitators. Participants in this event will be welcome to observe others working, and to attend a Q&A at the end of each day if there are any questions about what was observed.
There will be a room for musing and connecting available 30-minutes prior to our start time and remaining open 30-minutes after each days completion.

Advanced Symbolic Modelling
Will be held on three consecutive half-days: Friday, Jan 28, Saturday, Jan 29, and Sunday, Jan 30th from 0800 – 1200 PST (1700 – 2100 CET).
In this advanced training, we will be doing a deep dive into the modeling process, e.g. how you build, hold, and continually update your model of what’s happening for the other person. Some of the content will be Penny and James debriefing clips from sessions recorded on the Retreat.
In addition, there will be a variety of group activities designed to improve your modeling, and each day will end with you facilitating a session in order to immediately put into practice what you have learned. Sharon, Gina, James, and Penny will be on hand to give you personal feedback and support on your facilitation.
There will be a “musing room” open 30-minutes prior to our start time and again 30-minutes after each day’s completion for musing, sharing, and connections.
There is a prerequisite for the Advanced Clean Facilitation workshop. You must have a working familiarity with clean language and Symbolic Modeling. Please email Sharon through the contact page if you would like to check your experience.
The Symbolic Modeling Retreat is OPEN TO ALL. No familiarity with clean questions or Symbolic Modeling is necessary, only a willingness to explore yourself and what you would like to have happen.
If you would like to attend both sessions we are offering a 10% incentive discount.
“I look forward to it every year! The learning, the personal growth, the openness to us all is so wonderful!”
Laurie from Chicago
